We would appreciate your reason for returning the article, as it would help us to improve our service.
Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 7 days of receipt.
We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned or exchanged articles are with the customer. After receiving your returned article we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7 days.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
